Role SummaryThe Enterprise Buy-Back & Trade-In (EBBTI) Manager is responsible for driving CompAsia’s enterprise trade-in and buy-back programs with corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional accounts. This role requires strong commercial acumen, project execution skills, and deep understanding of the second-hand mobile device ecosystem — covering device collection, valuation, and resale/export processes.The incumbent will lead end-to-end program development, from business acquisition and partner onboarding to operational execution and margin optimization, while ensuring cross-functional alignment with regional and local teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partner ManagementIdentify and secure enterprise clients for device trade-in, buy-back, and lifecycle management programs.Build and maintain relationships with key partners — telcos, system integrators, corporate IT resellers, and insurance/financing partners.Develop customized buy-back solutions aligned with client procurement, brand partners, and group requirements.Project & Program ManagementLead end-to-end project execution — from proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation to post-trade reconciliation and reporting — covering both project-based and bidding-based initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams (SCM, Finance, Tech, Marketing, Legal) to ensure smooth operations and compliance.Track and report project KPIs including volume, margin, and turnaround efficiency.Trading & Commercial ExecutionManage secondary market trading for enterprise-grade devices, ensuring optimal resale channels and competitive pricing.Monitor device grading, valuation models, and export processes to maximize recovery value.Cross-Functional & Regional CollaborationLiaise with regional trade-in, remarketing, and supply chain teams to align pricing, logistics, and export strategy.Support alignment between country-level execution and group strategy.Governance & ComplianceEnsure all enterprise trade-in activities are fully compliant with company policies, brand partner requirements, NBTC and OCPB regulations, as well as export laws where applicable.Maintain data integrity and transparency in buy-back documentation, customer contracts, and audit trails.Key Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years in second-hand mobile phone, IT device trading, or telecom industry.Proven track record in corporate sales, project management, or B2B partnership development.Experience in device export, refurbishment, or remarketing is a strong plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.Excellent communication in both Thai and English (spoken and written).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.High adaptability in a regional, cross-functional environment.Familiarity with CRM tools, pricing dashboards, or trade-in platforms preferred.Location: Based in Bangkok, with occasional travel within Thailand or regionally.
