Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Learning & Development professional based in Serrekunda. The primary responsibilities include managing human resources operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management.
The role also involves coordinating and facilitating training programs to enhance staff development and performance.
