About LimeChatWhat are we looking forAt LimeChat, we’re looking for a high-ownership Enterprise Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding phase for our large Enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless start to their journey, driving adoption, and setting them up for long-term success with our platform.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the initial phase of Product journeyOnboard clients end-to-end, driving maximum adoption during the onboarding phaseProactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and objectivesAct as a product expert, guiding clients through features, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Value teamProvide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our products and servicesPlan, coordinate, and execute onboarding processes, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are on time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptlyRequirements1-3 years of experience in customer facing roleExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions that meet customer needsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customersStrong project management skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic technical knowledge about how API functionsHigh ownership, with a proactive and client-focused mindsetFlexible, startup mindsetBonusExperience in handling clientsBenefitsUnlimited PTO / sick leaveSubsidised fitness membership Free lunch and snacksAnnual company retreatBring your dog/cat to work 🐶How to ApplyDoes this role sound like a good fit?
