Who We're Looking For:We’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale implementation and integration projects for our enterprise clients. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery—including planning, execution, reporting, and client communication—ensuring quality, timelines, and goals are met across multiple initiatives.If you thrive on solving complex problems, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating client needs into actionable solutions, this role is for you.Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across approved U.S. states, with a preference for those in Texas (especially Austin).Who We Are:LeadingReach is a health-tech SaaS provider on a mission to change the way healthcare manages patient care.Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers.What You’ll DoManage multiple enterprise-scale projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.Drive performance improvement initiatives for large healthcare clients, using data to identify opportunities and communicate results.Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans and technical solutions.Extract and analyze data to create clear, meaningful presentations for enterprise stakeholders.Serve as a change agent—challenging existing processes and using insights to influence enterprise-wide improvements.Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project phases.Collaborate with leadership to shape software features and service offerings that drive short- and long-term growth.Provide training and support to enterprise clients and internal teams as needed.Stay curious and proactive—continually learning new technologies, approaches, and best practices to elevate project delivery.What You Need:Minimum Requirements:3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or technology environmentsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related fieldProven success managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)Preferred:Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologiesStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingAbility to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for clientsProblem-solving and analytical mindset with a customer-first approachResults-driven, collaborative, and proactive in managing expectationsWhat We Offer:Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary 100% Remote, must be based in U.SStartup environment within a stable, industry-leading company20 days PTO, 4 paid mental health days, plus paid holidaysCompany-sponsored health, vision and dental benefitsEmployee Assistance Program - $0 cost to you and your householdMatching 401k with no vesting periodFlexible schedule that emphasizes a collaborative team synergy with personal accountabilityRegular company (often themed) events: virtual happy hours, our annual company holiday party, group game nights and other fun team events
