Job Description

What You Will DoLead the day-to-day operations of entitlement review campaigns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with best business practices, enterprise entitlement review standards, policies, and controlsManage the backlog of applications and entitlements to be onboarded into the enterprise entitlement review life-cycle management process and systems (Manual and Automated)Serve as a direct line supervisor for the Entitlement Review team staff, aligning its capabilities to business and technology team requirements.Lead metrics and analytics of entitlement review campaigns and the onboarding process.Partner with application, business, and technical teams to gather requirements.Partner with internal and external Audit teams to gather supporting evidence for various regulatory and audit requests.Ensure processes and procedures are documented in formal process and procedure documents and updated on a regular basis.Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to mature the entitlement review program across Aegon.Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of all work.QualificationsWhat You Will Need: 8+ years within Identity Access Management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale teamsBachelor’s Degree or relevant work experienceUnderstanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practicesAbility to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve successful outcomesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding customer service skillsPreferredExperience with an industry-leading access life-cycle management tool and processesBackground in risk and controlsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive health packageCafeteriaAll You Can MoveBrand new office at an excellent locationHybrid workingOpportunities for growth and advancementA highly people-centric, positive, and supportive work environmentAegon is an international financial service holding company headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands.
