This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder inside a high-growth FinTech.You will explore new business opportunities, design go-to-market strategies, execute strategic projects, and drive organizational growth across functions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building from scratch, and creating real-world impact, this role is for you.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the founding team to drive innovation and strategic initiativesIdentify, assess, and build new business opportunitiesCreate detailed business plans and execution roadmapsLead cross-functional projects to accelerate growthConduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelingOwn end-to-end execution of strategic pilots and new initiatives✔️ QualificationsStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scaleExcellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesPrior experience in business planning, consulting, product strategy, or growth rolesGood understanding of the financial services / lending / FinTech ecosystemExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
