The opportunity As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence Intern, you’ll work with Bahadır Ataol, assisting with the engagements of the Entrepreneurship Programme while supporting and representing L’équipe on behalf of the Lab.Fund Partner Lab, formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, established in 2023, is dedicated to investing in the next generation and building its reputation through a human-centric approach.Ataol is a multi-boutique investment bank offering diversified services in financial affairs management, transformation, and implementation. Founded in 2009, the partnership has established a strong reputation for delivering bespoke executive management reporting solutions to its clients.The Partner, Bahadır Ataol, balances short-term achievements with long-term strategies and engages with clients and counterparts to secure mandates and manage all communications effectively.Earliest Start Date: 1 DecemberDuration: 6 monthsEmployment Rate: Part-time (80% – 3 school days per week)Prerequisite: Commitment letter required from the applicantThe roleYou will work closely with the Partner to ensure effective communications, oversee international affairs, and manage engagements. The duties:• Assist the Partner in managing communications and supporting international relations activities• Help classify and review entrepreneurs’ applications within ongoing programmes• Contribute to the evaluation of business models and preparation of strategic recommendations• Monitor and document the progress of venture development activitiesRemote position: includes regular video conferences, daily voice calls, and email communication with the Partner.The profile:• Completed the IBDP, four or more AP courses, or studying at a world-leading university• Passionate about learning principles and values shaping entrepreneurial thinking• An effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills• Strong aptitude for organization and multitaskingNote: We will not accept any CVs from agencies.Flexible and Modern Ways of WorkingAs a responsible and supportive employer, we promote the well-being of our employees through flexible working arrangements.
