Entry-Level Corporate Planning (Global Role for High-Potential Candidates)◆ Position OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to take on global corporate planning responsibilities by leveraging your English communication skills.You will work closely with senior colleagues through on-the-job training, allowing you to build expertise even if you have no prior experience in corporate planning.Over time, you will be involved in overseas subsidiary management, governance, and system implementation projects that contribute to the company's global operations.◆ Work LocationHead office-based (remote work and business travel available)Future overseas assignments may be possible.◆ Main Responsibilities<Global-related tasks (approx. 80%)>Manage business performance and organize meetings with overseas subsidiariesSupport governance activities (audits, internal regulations, etc.)Promote the implementation of profitability management systems (upcoming overseas project)Plan and drive corporate initiatives and global projectsSupport the rollout of global policies and operational improvements<Domestic-related tasks (approx. 20%)>Support budgeting and variance analysisAnalyze management issues and propose improvement measuresOperate and enhance profitability management systems◆ Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or higherEnglish proficiency (one of the following): └ Study-abroad experience in an English-speaking country for 1 year or longer └ TOEIC score of 750 or higherBasic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong motivation to take on corporate planning or global management challenges◆ Preferred QualificationsBookkeeping (Nissho Boki) Level 3 certificationKnowledge of management accounting or business performance managementExperience using MS Power BIExperience in managing overseas subsidiaries, audits, M&A, or PMIExperience in leading or supporting project implementation◆ Additional InformationThis position plays a key role as part of the headquarters overseeing multiple overseas group companies, promoting governance initiatives, business performance management, and system implementation.Even without prior experience, candidates with strong English proficiency and the willingness to learn will be fully supported to grow in this role.
