Job Description

Job PurposeLead the deployment and governance of Environment long term strategies (including policies, standards, sourcing strategies & capability building) in line with Business strategy.Define and lead environmental programs in CCEP-APS by permanently optimizing the processes so that the organization is able to meet the expectations of its customers and consumers, eliminating or mitigating environmental impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and guide Country Leads on 2030–2040 carbon and water roadmaps for APS CSSC, sharing best practices and supporting capital planning and project prioritisation aligned with Europe.Propose and lead environmental projects to ensure APS progresses safely and reliably towards established objectives.Design, coordinate, and continuously upgrade “best in class” Environmental programs across APS, ensuring consistent standards across all activities and processes.Monitor legislative changes, franchise owner requirements, and customer expectations, updating Environmental strategy and leading environmental risk assessments and mitigation plans, including SME support for Environment issues.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps, exchange industry best practices, and implement dashboards/scorecards to track APS CSSC performance, including executive reporting and ESG data support.Build and lead an APS Environment SME network, supporting sustainability strategy development, capability building, data reporting, and alignment of Environmental standards with E&T standards and new technologies.Key StakeholdersInternal:Senior Leaders: APS Capital Planning lead, Enterprise Risk Leads, Procurement, Engineering & Technology, Operations, PACS, VenturesExternal:TCCC, Regulatory Agencies, Customers, Suppliers and research organizations, Industry AssociationsRequirementsExperience preferred:Minimum 10 Years in Environment management role with Multinational scopeKnowledge on manufacturing processes, preferably beverage industryQualifications required:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Agricultural, or related). Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences preferredFunctional/Technical Skills:Strong digital and data mindsetCarbon footprint calculation and managementWater, waste, and sustainable packaging managementCore Skills:Strong influencing and communication skillsAnalytical, results-oriented, and strategic thinkerSolid understanding of regulatory complianceEffective stakeholder and risk managementFinancial acumen, leadership capability, and openness to feedback
