MAI Group comprises professionals and experts that empathise with clients' targets and follow MAI's main values:We are independent, which allows us to be unique, brave and determined.We have the necessary experience to produce excellent outputs that help our clients reach their objectives with state-of-the-art solutions.We are strongly committed with the vision of an ethical and social sustainable world which provides our work with a deeply human and optimistic approach.Main accountabilities:Lead and oversee delivery of E&S projects across Central Asia, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.Drive preparation of technical and financial proposals for ESIAs, RAPs, SESAs, LESA services, and climate-related studies.Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.Supervise assignments in LESA, technical due diligence, construction, and operational monitoring.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear, consistent reporting.Engage with clients, donors, and partners to strengthen the business pipeline and positioning.Contribute to corporate visibility through knowledge products, presentations, and external engagement.Mentor, coach, and support recruitment to strengthen internal E&S team capacity.Promote continuous improvement in internal processes and knowledge management.Support overall corporate growth by consolidating institutional expertise and capacity.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in Environmental & Social (E&S) management, preferably in developing countries.Proven track record in project management of ESIAs, RAPs, SESAs, LESA roles, and construction monitoring.Experience in proposal development for MDBs, IFIs- and private sector–funded assignments.Experience in providing technical leadership on LTAs including HSE aspects for technical due diligence, construction, and operational monitoring assignments.Strong understanding of HSE management systems and compliance monitoring.Fluent English (oral and written).Engage with clients, donors, and partners to strengthen business pipeline and positioning.Contribute to concept notes, EOIs, and marketing materials.Desirable Skills & QualificationsProfessional experience in Central Asia and/or the Middle East.Fluency in Russian.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.Strong client engagement and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.Your benefits:Competitive Salary.International projects.Remote Work.Become a part of a highly qualified team of professionals.Specialized training and continuous professional development.
