TMC is looking for an environmental consultant who can connect communication and interests within civil projects!About This VacancyAs an Environmental Consultant for Civil Projects at TMC, you are the link between the project team and the environment. You ensure that the interests of residents, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, and other stakeholders are well-considered in the preparation and execution of infrastructure projects. You provide advice on participation, communication, permits, and environmental management, and assist in drafting BLVC plans, stakeholder analyses, and conditioning pathways. You ensure clear communication, manageable risks, and support within the environment – essential for the success of civil projects such as area developments, reconstructions, or water and road construction. Within TMC, you work in a team of technically skilled and process-oriented professionals. You have ample opportunities to develop yourself and contribute to socially relevant projects.What We Expect From YouA completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Urban Planning, Environmental Management, Public Administration, or Civil Engineering.0 to 5 years of experience as an environmental consultant, project supporter, permit coordinator, or similar role.You are strong in communication, politically and administratively sensitive, and work in a structured manner.Affinity with civil engineering projects in public spaces or infrastructure.Experience in drafting communication plans, BLVC documents, or environmental analyses is an advantage.You maintain oversight, know how to connect, and easily coordinate between stakeholders.What You Can Expect From UsAn indefinite employment contract.A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,000, depending on experience and education.An individual profit sharing scheme.An annual training budget of €2,200 to continue developing professionally.Collaboration with experienced colleagues within our Business Cell Civil Engineering.Access to the TMC Entrepreneurial Lab, where you can shape your own ideas.A work environment where you can truly make an impact as a connector and advisor.
