EHS Administrator – ConstructionCompensation:$32.50 - $35.00 Hourly Rate12 - 24 Months50 Weekly HoursEmployment Type:Full-TimeResponsibilities:Manage and coordinate EHS office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.Provide exceptional communication support, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling all email and written correspondence professionally and efficiently.Schedule and coordinate safety meetings and appointments for EHS staff, manage calendars, and ensure timely reminders.Utilize time tracking software to accurately record staff hours, safety training sessions, and project durations.Prepare EHS-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.Oversee office supplies and inventory, maintaining sufficient stock of safety equipment and placing orders when necessary.Manage visitor reception, greeting guests professionally, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols, and directing them accordingly.Provide general administrative support to EHS staff and management, including filing, document creation, data entry, and maintaining EHS records.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in compliance with safety standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in an office administration role, preferably in a construction or EHS setting.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Proficient in time tracking software; familiarity with Procore is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.OSHA 30 certification.Previous knowledge using Procore preferred.
