Mechanical Engineering Intern

Job Description: As an Engineering Intern, you will support engineering teams on a variety of tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience with real-world applications of engineering principles. This internship provides an excellent learning opportunity within a dynamic, supportive environment. During the first week, your team will outline the specific project details you will be working on.Your Profile:Must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master's degree program at the time of the internship.Minimum GPA of 2.7.Completion of at least the first year of coursework.Eligible majors include: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Construction Management, and Industrial & Systems Engineering.AutoCAD skills preferred.Basic programming skills (C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or LabVIEW).Basic understanding of circuit theory, microprocessors, digital logic, power conversion, or programmable devices (CPLDs, FPGAs).Experience with power electronics or motors is a plus.Ability to read and work with schematic drawings.Familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD, Creoparametric, ERP systems, 3D modeling, SAP, and MATLAB.Exposure to industrial automation environments (e.g., PLC programming, drives) is helpful.Experience using Agile methodology is preferred.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.Compensation:The compensation for this role is $18–$24 per hour.Who We Are:We support companies in identifying qualified candidates for engineering and technical roles.
