General Superintendent

My client, a well-established civil and utilities contractor in Georgia, is actively seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations and drive successful project delivery across multiple sites.🔧 About the Role They are looking for a strong field leader who can oversee crews, manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This is a key leadership role with significant influence over project execution and team performance.📌 ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day field operations across civil and utility projectsLead, mentor, and manage field staff and subcontractorsMaintain project schedules, productivity, and quality controlEnsure all work meets safety, environmental, and compliance standardsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and clientsSupport planning, sequencing, and resource managementTroubleshoot field issues and proactively mitigate risks📘 Qualifications8+ years of experience in civil construction or utilities (water, sewer, storm, sitework, etc.)Proven leadership in a Superintendent or General Superintendent roleStrong understanding of heavy civil equipment, site logistics, and utility installationExcellent communication and team-building skillsCommitment to safety and quality📍 Location Based in Georgia, with travel to various project sites as needed.
