Project Manager

A commercial construction firm specializing in interior build-outs, tenant improvements, retail spaces, restaurant environments, and office renovations is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a long-term role with a company known for stability, strong client relationships, and high-quality craftsmanship.About the OpportunityAs a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead subcontractors, coordinate with clients and design teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.This role is ideal for someone with experience in tenant spaces, commercial interiors, retail/restaurant renovations, or office build-outs who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial interior projects from kickoff through closeoutOversee daily jobsite activity, subcontractor performance, and schedule adherenceCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teamsPrepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project trackingMonitor budgets, costs, and overall project financial healthEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient project executionConduct regular site walks, progress updates, and client meetingsUtilize project management software for documentation and reportingWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial interior TI strongly preferred)Background in tenant improvements, retail interiors, restaurant build-outs, or commercial renovationsStrong understanding of interior systems: framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, finish workSolid track record of longevity in previous rolesExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesDetail-oriented with a commitment to qualityProficiency with common construction software (On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Procore, etc.—or ability to learn)
