Our Punch Technicians make dreams come true by focusing on all the details of readying vacant units for new residents before they move in. Removing trash from vacant units and repairing items in all units as needed is part of your duties. Additional responsibilities include using your keen eye for things that need to be replaced, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs at a minimum. As a part of our service team, you will be satisfied with making each unit perfect.TriBridge Residential is seeking to hire a Punch Technician for the Roosevelt Lofts property, located in Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities And DutiesProperly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turnsHelp with scheduling and completion of make-ready unitsWork with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all timesAdhere to Tribridge Standard Operating ProceduresAssist with a preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors.Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe practicesMaintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationshipsParticipate in company training classes and meetings as requiredMaintain an excellent customer service relationshipOther tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsQualifications and SkillsEach job duty must be performed with the focus and accuracy it requires.
