Mobile App Marketing SpecialistRole Description The Mobile App Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote mobile applications, increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and maximize overall app performance across digital platforms. This role focuses on creating data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance visibility in app stores, optimize user journeys, and drive measurable business growth. As a Mobile App Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product development, design, analytics, and sales—to deliver effective campaigns that align with brand objectives and customer needs.Key responsibilities include managing app store optimization (ASO), coordinating paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, and analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. You will also contribute to creative content development, push notification strategies, and retention initiatives such as in-app promotions and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that elevate user engagement and return on investment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels, user acquisition, and retention strategies.Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) techniques, keyword research, and competitive analysis.Proficiency in mobile analytics tools such as Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Google Analytics for Apps.Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google UAC, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads).Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative mindset with an understanding of mobile user behavior and content strategy.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
