About the jobDescription: Our client is an civil engineering and utilities company based in Ireland. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit junior, intermediate, and senior Health & Safety professionals. Key responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System throughout the project lifecycle.Promote a proactive health and safety culture across the site, engaging site management, contractors, and the site team.Conduct regular site inspections to assess EHS compliance and produce detailed weekly reports.Provide training, toolbox talks, inductions to site staff & subcontractorsBuild and sustain strong collaborative relationships with the broader project team.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Specific RequirementsRecognised EHS Degree or Diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)Previous Construction experience is preferredExcellent communication, organisational, and reporting skillsAbility to prioritise work requirements and handling multiple tasksMust work well within a team and be able to collaborate with othersProactive approach to building & maintaining a strong safety cultureEligible professionals with evidence of competency and the right to work in the EUPackageCompetitive Salary & BenefitsCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
