It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.We are seeking an Environmental Specialist & EHS Engineering Compliance who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our site meets and exceeds environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. You’ll lead environmental management activities, oversee compliance with local and Haleon regulations, and drive continuous improvement in our EHS programs. This position is open for 1 year contract.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Ensure compliance with local regulations by conducting gap analyses, developing mitigation plans, and communicating changes to relevant departments.Review all EHS and Engineering matters for compliance with both Haleon standards and Indonesian EHS regulations.Oversee all EHS and Engineering CAPAs resulting from risk assessments and L1–L4 audit programs, ensuring that no actions are overdue.Maintain and update SOPs and standard work for EHS activities related to environmental management, ensuring all procedures are revised before their due dates.Manage all actions arising from EHS Gemba, EIN Gemba, and process confirmations to ensure timely completion.Lead and manage EHS audits for waste management vendors.Ensure that all EHS licenses and contract agreements are kept up to date, with no overdue items.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, or Engineering.1–2 years of relevant experience.
