This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the country’s most important road development initiatives while supporting SMEC’s strategic growth objectives.Suitable Applicants Will Have/beBachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology from a recognized university.At least 15 years in traffic management or road safety, including a minimum of 8 years on international projects in multiple countries.Proficient in using the Star Ratings for Schools (SR4S) methodology under the International Road Assessment Program (iRAP).Well-versed in international road safety standards and modern best practices for implementation.Strong English proficiency: knowledge of Russian and local languages is beneficial.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
