Job DescriptionKey Process & Technical KnowledgeThe Consultant Should Have Expertise InSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) – job requisitions, job postings, applicant tracking, candidate pipelines, interview schedulingRecruiting Marketing (RMK) – career site configuration, candidate engagement, SEO, and campaign managementOnboarding 2.0 – compliance forms, document management, new hire orientation, buddy programs, and task assignmentsIntegration with Employee Central (EC) – ensuring new hires are seamlessly transferred into core HRTalent Acquisition Analytics – using SAP Workforce Analytics and reporting tools for recruiting KPIsCandidate Relationship Management (CRM) – building and maintaining candidate pipelinesCompliance & Localization – ensuring recruitment and onboarding align with local labor laws and regulationsWorkflow & Notifications – automated approvals, alerts, and candidate communicationIntegration Knowledge – with payroll, background verification, third-party assessment, and HR service systemsKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules in SuccessFactorsPartner with HR stakeholders to define recruitment and onboarding processesEnsure smooth data flow from Recruiting → Onboarding → Employee CentralSupport the setup of career sites, job boards, and candidate application portalsOptimize onboarding experience through forms, tasks, and digital workflowsProvide expertise in localization requirements for recruiting and compliance formsConduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams on Recruiting and Onboarding functionalitySupport testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for recruiting and onboarding scenariosTroubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of recruiting/onboarding incidentsCollaborate with CPI/Integration consultants for third-party integrations (background checks, job portals, etc.)Maintain documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materialsStay updated on SAP Talent Management roadmap and quarterly releasesRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fieldSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Certification (preferred)Experience5–7 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactorsAt least 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Recruiting and OnboardingHands-on experience in integration with EC and third-party systemsTechnical SkillsDeep knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with Recruitment Marketing, Analytics, and API integrationsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business requirements into system designAnalytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetCollaborative team player with experience in global HR projectsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
