Our New Zealand team, based in Wellington, continues to grow, supported by a strong pipeline of work and long-term projects that underpin our success.As our project portfolio expands, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors who would like to be considered for future opportunities within our Wellington-based Project Management team. We’re proud to provide pathways for growth and rewarding career progression.About YouWe’re keen to hear from professionals who meet the following criteria:Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management or a related discipline10+ years’ experience in project management, particularly in building and construction projectsDemonstrated leadership and team management experienceProven ability in contract management, contract administration, and design managementExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project desirableNew Zealand citizenship or appropriate working rightsPRINCE2 or PMP certification is highly regardedFor those interested in complex, high-profile infrastructure work, experience leading within large teams, a willingness to travel for client or site meetings, and a passion for delivering excellence will be highly valued.Why RPS?At RPS, you’ll find a welcoming and collaborative work environment that supports your professional and personal wellbeing.
