The aim is to build a reputation across ANZ as an industry leader as an individual, and also as a resilient team. The role will be required to write proposals for, win and lead both complex and smaller water resources projects, as well as work collaboratively with other disciplines.Working with clients to understand their needs and to deliver suitably scoped consulting projects Delivering high quality flood risk assessments and reportsWriting high quality fee proposals, including developing method, budget, timeline and thinking through risks to delivery and how they will be managed – and delivering projects in accordance with proposal budgets and timelinesCoaching, mentoring and teaching juniors, and sharing technical knowledge within JacobsLeading projects, through technical leadership and providing technical input to internal projects and bids managed by othersReviewing the work of others, in your technical specialisation of flood hydrology and hydraulicsHere's what you'll needJacobs.
