ESM / ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team, help design processes, and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers worldwide. Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office.

ResponsibilitiesDrive requirement gathering and analysisCreate User Stories / Requirements specificationsDesign and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains)Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the teamClosely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team.
