Platform Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Platform Engineering Manager to lead and oversee platform engineering efforts across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in platform engineering, cloud technologies, software development, and infrastructure management, along with demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and teams. Manage and expand the Platform Engineering function to enhance business capabilities across multiple regionsSupport team members by fostering their professional growth and career progressionDevelop a strategic vision for the Platform Engineering unit, including structure-building, recruiting engineers, and overseeing staffing needsCreate and lead teams of highly skilled Platform Engineers committed to excellenceAdvance organizational capabilities through the introduction of platform engineering offerings and reusable acceleratorsTechnical:
