Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive new opportunities in various business domains. In this role, you will lead requirement elicitation, collaborate closely with customers and be a part of a strong team with great spirit. ResponsibilitiesPlan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.

)Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)Choose a new or adapt an existing requirements documentation framework to project needsSelect a requirements change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support itManage project/product backlogRequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant BA/PO experienceAbility to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e. g. , elicitation, requirements management, etc. )Ability to follow a defined software development process and acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sourcesExpertise in project/product scope managementExperience in creating different types of requirements (e. g.
