We are seeking a Senior HR Operational Specialist to join our HR team in Latvia. This role will oversee the benefits package, processes for newcomer adaptation, administration of internal tasks and reports, as well as other HR-related initiatives based on business needs and your interests. Your employment contract title will be Senior People Operations Specialist. Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office.
ResponsibilitiesLead People Operations, providing support and guidance to team members and colleagues to ensure alignment with organizational goalsOversee onboarding, offboarding, and adaptation processes, including new hire orientation and integration activitiesSupervise the completion of mandatory trainingsAct as the primary contact for employees regarding internal policies, processes, and toolsReview and update Internal Rules & Procedures and other internal documentation, ensuring effective communication where necessarySupport the implementation of various HR projects and programs tailored to business needs and personal interestsAdminister vacation requests and personnel reports, prepare employee documentation, and manage personnel recordsPropose and take on new responsibilities with available support to achieve desired business resultsSupervise the administration of employee benefitsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsContribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s people processesRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in HR roles such as HR generalist or HR operationsUnderstanding of Latvian Labor lawExperience with onboarding processes, integration programs, and employee engagement initiativesFamiliarity with core HR processes and their contribution to business outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and LatvianCapability to foster a positive organizational cultureCompetency in working independently while managing priorities and meeting deadlinesUnderstanding of cross-cultural sensitivity and cultural awarenessProficiency in Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a willingness to learn new toolsWe offerOutstanding personal career development roadmapExperience exchange with colleagues from 55+ locationsCertification, mentoring and training programs4 trust days a year - sick leave without a medical certificatePrivate health insurance and family discountsSalary range €2.
