ResponsibilitiesConvert machine learning models and algorithm prototypes into production-ready optimized ML pipelinesContribute to ML pipeline design and development, including validation and cold start problems, A/B tests, feedback loop, etcCreate and maintain ML pipeline stepsOptimize/tune ML models and ML pipelines to meet production environment requirementsAutomate key parts of CI/CD pipelines for ML pipelinesCollaborate with data scientists to fine-tune and optimize modelsWrite specifications, documentation and user guides for developed solutionsIntegrate ML models into existing software systems or create new applicationsAllocate activities to junior ML engineers and bring tasks to closureImprove coding practices, support code reviews and introduce best practices for model managementRequirements5 years of production experience working in an MLE roleAt least one project delivered to production in an MLE roleExpertise in engineering best practicesSolid knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentalsBackground in integrating ML models into complex data-driven systemsFamiliarity with the Python ML ecosystemProficiency in at least one major Cloud Provider such as AWS, GCP and AzureExperience with one of the MLOps-related platforms/technologies such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex, Databricks MLFlow, Kubeflow or TensorFlow ExtendedNice to haveCompetency in the Apache Spark EcosystemExpertise in LLM/GenAIWe offerEngineering Heritage:
