Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this position, you will oversee the development, implementation, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with team members to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and provide outstanding service to our users. Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office.

ResponsibilitiesApply updates and new capabilities to the Microsoft 365 ecosystemDefine user requirements and translate them into technical specifications with team membersEnforce compliance and implement M365 performance best practicesResolve complex issues encountered by usersOffer technical insights and support to ensure a smooth experience with M365 applicationsDocument configurations and procedures related to Microsoft 365 environmentsMonitor Microsoft 365 service performance and usage trendsUtilize new Microsoft 365 features to improve system functionalityDevelop and implement policies for effective use of Microsoft 365Deliver technical assistance for Microsoft 365-related projectsParticipate in Agile activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups to streamline workflowsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineAt least 3 years of experience as an M365 Engineer or a similar role in global and agile environmentsStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power PlatformProficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#Familiarity with cloud technologies with a focus on AzureExceptional problem-solving capability and adaptability in dynamic environmentsProven ability to manage tasks independently while excelling in collaborative scenariosBackground in security protocols and compliance standards applicable to Microsoft 365Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management capabilitiesFluency in English with communication proficiency at a B2+ levelNice to haveExpertise in Microsoft 365 with advanced certificationsBackground in managing or leading technology-focused projectsCompetency in advanced security protocols and strategies for cloud servicesWe offerEngineering Heritage:
