ResponsibilitiesDefine and clarify requirements through stakeholder inputOutline scope across the full program in a concise mannerDevelop and maintain documentation critical to program and project managementCollaborate with software engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other engineering groups to deliver high-quality products on scheduleAct as scrum master, manage schedules, identify risks, and effectively communicate with project stakeholdersOversee release schedules and milestones while maintaining a high level of productivityProvide direct software development and project management support, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and enhance inter/intra-team communicationEvaluate business processes and recommend areas for optimizationPlan detailed timelines and execute project plansApply data analysis techniques to inform decision-making processesConduct meetings and run workshops with stakeholdersTrack project progress and report key metricsConfirm that solutions align with business needs and requirementsAssist during deployment phasesEvaluate success via post-implementation reviewsStay informed about emerging industry trends and best practicesRequirementsServiceNow implementation experience (minimum 1 year)4 or more years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical disciplinesKnowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSDBackground in Agile software development methodologiesExperience as a scrum master overseeing development sprintsBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experienceProven track record as a Business Analyst in the technology sectorSkills in analytical thinking and problem-solvingExpertise in communication and interpersonal interactionProficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsKnowledge of business process modeling methodsCompetency in project management methodologiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Understanding of Agile and Scrum practicesNice to haveBackground in Software EngineeringCapability to solve problems in dynamic and evolving environmentsCompetency in collaborating across a highly integrated team composed of technical and non-technical membersProficiency in explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiencesFlexibility to use strong verbal and written communication skillsWe offerEngineering Heritage:
