Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal customers to understand their needs and enhance the functionality of our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office.

ResponsibilitiesOversee current ServiceNow environments, ensuring stability and efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirementsDesign and implement enhancements to existing ServiceNow modulesLead the development of new modules tailored for our internal customers' needsCoordinate with the IT and development teams to streamline delivery processesApply Agile methodologies to balance development tasks and operational support activitiesEnsure alignment of ServiceNow configuration and deployment with organizational goalsProvide expert-level support during transition phasesMonitor performance metrics and suggest strategies for continuous improvementTrain and mentor junior staff on ServiceNow functionalitiesRequirementsBackground of at least 3 years in a ServiceNow environmentExpertise in ServiceNowQualifications in Business Analysis or a related fieldSkills in Agile delivery methodsCompetency in analyzing complex business scenarios and proposing solutionsCapability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectivelyProficiency in documentation and change management processesFluent English communication skills at a B2+ levelNice to haveAdditional ServiceNow certificationsBackground in ITIL frameworkCompetency in additional ITSM toolsWe offerEngineering Heritage:
