DescriptionThe Project Manager plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering development projects across EPC Power’s product lines. This individual will serve as the technical bridge between cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineering, operations, test, and product management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical point of contact for project planning and execution across departments. Define project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, schedules, and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and technical roadblocks. Drive product lifecycle activities from design through production release. Support documentation efforts including BOMs, test plans, and validation protocols. Assist in change management processes and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs). Provide technical support during product deployment and customer interaction, as needed. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in engineering project coordination or a related role, preferably in a hardware or power electronics environment.
Familiarity with inverter systems, power electronics, or renewable energy systems is a plus. Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification or formal project management training. Experience with grid-tied or grid-forming power systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001, UL/CSA standards, and hardware validation processes.
