The role is based in Aarhus, but with regular visits to the Distribution Center in Uldum and up to 25 travel days per year across Europe. What your next job will be aboutAs a Test Manager at JYSK, you will be instrumental in driving test excellence across several agile teams.

You will foster a culture of quality by implementing strong test methodologies and coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard. You will be part of the Logistics ART, where you will work closely with international teams and systems tied to warehouse and supply chain operations across Europe. Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include: • Coaching teams to embrace and implement the test strategy. • Ensuring quality assurance in collaboration with external suppliers. • Planning and estimating the testing effort of various test activities. • Monitoring and controlling test activities. • Conducting product risk assessments and determining the testing strategy.

• Control the test process throughout the test life cycle• Setting up, maintaining, and reporting on quality metricsWhat should you bringJYSK are building a “shift-left” quality culture to support their IT modernisation journey. Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who: • Has a technical background to support test automation initiatives. • Has experience with supplier management in quality assurance. • Has led quality assurance across multiple agile teams. • Can advice teams on quality assurance best practices.
