EPM Oracle Financial Consultant

Job Overview:The Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring that financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes are optimized and aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion EPM modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close, Narrative Reporting, and Profitability & Cost Management).Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design EPM solutions that meet business needs.Configure dimensions, data forms, calculation scripts, business rules, and approval workflows within EPM Cloud.Develop and maintain data integration between EPM and ERP Cloud (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials).Conduct system testing, user training, and UAT support to ensure successful project delivery.Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization.Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides, functional designs, and user manuals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and timely reporting.Stay updated with Oracle EPM Cloud quarterly updates and recommend enhancements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud implementation.Experience in at least two full-cycle EPM Cloud projects (Planning, FCCS, or related modules).Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.Good knowledge of Oracle Data Management (Data Integration / Data Exchange).Experience in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPM Automate.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.Oracle certification in EPM Cloud is a plus.
