In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, improvement, and maintenance of production and test equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.What You’ll Do:Design and develop mechanical components, fixtures, and equipment using CAD software (preferably PTC Creo).Support equipment installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure high production uptime.Work with PLC, PC-based controllers, sensors, actuators, and industrial interfaces.Perform small-scale automation and scripting tasks (Python / C / Ladder logic is a plus).Collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams.Prepare technical documentation (schematics, assembly drawings, maintenance instructions).Participate in continuous improvement and equipment standardization initiatives.What We’re Looking For:University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar).CAD proficiency – ideally PTC Creo, but SolidWorks / Inventor / Catia are acceptable.Basic knowledge of PLC / automation systems and control principles.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.Good English skills – written and spoken.Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.Hands-on approach and practical technical thinking.Advantages (not mandatory)Experience in manufacturing environment.Experience with Python, C, or Ladder programming.Experience with pneumatic and electrical component selection.Familiarity with equipment validation, documentation, or quality systems (ISO/FDA).We OfferOpportunity to work in a modern and high-tech manufacturing environment.Participation in real product and equipment development.Professional growth and training opportunities (CREO, PLC, automation systems).Competitive remuneration and social benefits.Supportive and collaborative team culture.
