Let’s build something great together!For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Primary ResponsibilitiesPractice safe job practices for repairing equipmentUse technology (laptops and tablets) comfortablyMaintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgmentAssist in the training of lower level technicians as neededMaintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basisAssist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & partsBe knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)Field Mechanics:
When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional mannerYear-round company provided OEM trainingOther duties, assigned as neededSkills & QualificationsMust own tools applicable to positionAdvanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of toolsExtensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagramsSuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skillsHigh School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferredField mechanics: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
