This role plays a crucial part in nurturing a fair, inclusive, and purposeful culture-one where everyone can excel and feel a sense of belonging. You'll partner with leaders across the region to ensure our employee relations approach is consistent, transparent, and aligned with eBay's purpose. Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid way of working (3 days in our Dublin office and 2 days remote).What You Will AccomplishLead and develop a passionate ER team, encouraging collaboration and consistent standard processes across Europe.Partner with leaders to resolve employee issues early, fairly, and with empathy.Use people insights and data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and develop proactive solutions.Collaborate across HR and business teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen eBay's culture and employee experience.Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, promoting open dialogue and inclusion.Champion eBay's purpose and values in every decision, ensuring fairness and transparency are at the heart of what we do.What You Will Bring5+ years' experience leading an employee relations function within a dynamic, multinational environment.Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and encouraging ER or HR professionals.Strong understanding of European employment law and experience working with works councils and staff representatives.Excellent communication and influencing skills-able to build trust and credibility across diverse teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn people data into meaningful insights and action.Experience leading change with empathy and resilience.A relevant qualification in HR, Employment Law, or a related field.Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
