Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.At Microsoft, Interns work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the world, while having fun along the way. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesProgram Start Date: January 2026Location: Doha, Qatar About: Erada Program is Microsoft's program tailored for Qatari Nationals, aiming to accelerate Qataris employability and create market impact through early in career recruitment, and skilling programs.Program overview: Microsoft Erada Internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.Phase two: On-the-job training (5 months)Joining as an CSA for on-the-job shadowing and training.Mentorship and coaching sessions.Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.QualificationsMinimum QulificationsCurrently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated)Qatari nationalityLegally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)Fluency in English.Preferred QualificationsPassion for technology and customer obsessedDisplays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customersExcellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentationskillsTechnical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure) are preferred but not required.Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) are preferred but not required.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
