Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in the Greater Oslo Region for an experienced C++ Developer. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize software for mission-critical systems in high-assurance environments. The responsibilities include software design, programming with an emphasis on modern C++, implementing object-oriented solutions, and collaborating on system integration for complex projects in defense, maritime, and industrial domains. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring high reliability and safety standards are met. Qualifications Proficiency in Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Software DevelopmentStrong knowledge of Computer Science principles and Back-End Web DevelopmentExperience in C++ and embedded systems developmentFamiliarity with real-time systems and safety-critical software developmentKnowledge of system design, DevOps, and integration in high-assurance environments is a plusAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholdersRelevant academic degree (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent practical experienceUnderstanding of hardware-near systems and complex system integration processes is advantageous
