ERP & Application Officer

Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 Developer with deep expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Power BI, Azure AI and other AI-driven tooling—to join our IT team.The ideal candidate will:Customize, configure, develop and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CRM) solutions across the organization.Leverage data visualization (Power BI) and AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, ML) to drive automation and deliver actionable insights.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, bridging IT and departmental processes, to ensure seamless integration and continuous innovation within the D365 ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to IT support policies, processes, and SOPs to guarantee 99.99% application uptime, security, and compliance.Define and track OKRs for D365 platforms, analytics, and AI-enhanced solutions.Assess, document, and optimize business processes (AP, AR, SCM) within D365 F&O.Troubleshoot functional issues and implement customizations/extensions in X++, C#, or Power Platform.Design and maintain system diagrams (Visio), data flows, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.Build and maintain integrations between D365 and third-party applications using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.Architect and deploy Azure AI solutions, including:Azure Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech, Decision) for intelligent automationAzure OpenAI Service (GPT models) for advanced text generation, summarization, and conversational botsAzure Machine Learning for predictive analytics and custom ML pipelinesIntegrate AI capabilities into Dynamics workflows and Power Apps to enhance user productivity and decision support.Evaluate and adopt other AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development and code quality.Connect to diverse data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud) and design interactive Power BI dashboards.Write complex DAX measures, implement row-level security, and optimize models for performance.Embed AI-powered insights (e.g., anomaly detection, natural language query) into reports.Provide Tier 2/3 support for D365 F&O, CRM, Power BI, and AI integrations.Define and execute test plans (functional, regression, performance) for applications and AI workflows.Create professional solution visualizations, diagrams, and slide decks using PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent tools to clearly present designs and workflows to end users.Document processes, configurations, and AI solution architectures for knowledge transfer and audit compliance.Educational and Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science information systems or related field Certifications (desirable): Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 F&O Development, Power BI Data Analysis, Azure AI Engineer Associate (or in progress), Azure Developer Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.ITIL v4 FoundationDynamics 365 F&O, CRM & Power Platform (X++, C#, Power Automate)Power BI (DAX, RLS, performance tuning)Azure Services: App Services, Functions, DevOps, Storage, SQL, Logic Apps, Service BusAzure AI: Cognitive Services, OpenAI Service, Machine LearningFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot (Co-pilot for Microsoft 365) Additional Skills
