Role Description This is a contract position for an Executive Personal Assistant working on-site in Dubai. The role involves providing executive-level administrative and personal support, managing schedules and appointments, coordinating daily activities, and handling clerical duties. The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, helping ensure seamless operations and communication. Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholdersExperience in Diary Management and handling schedules efficientlySolid knowledge of Clerical Skills, including document preparation and record-keepingStrong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detailAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismPrior experience in a similar role (0 to 2 years) is requiredProficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant administrative tools
