Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director in day-to-day operations.Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Handle incoming emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Coordinate and organize business meetings, conferences, and events as required.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with discretion.Track deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure the Director is well-prepared for all engagements.Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on assigned action items.Manage office files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.Assist in personal and business tasks as assigned by the Director.Perform any other administrative duties to support the Director and the management team.
