As an ERP Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and developing strategies to promote Yonyou's ERP and management solutions. You will establish and maintain positive client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and support company goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess business needs effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teamsProficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunitiesOutstanding Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsResult-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in ERP or enterprise software solutions is highly desirableFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus
