ERP Coordinator

About the RoleAs a Navision Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data within the ERP (Navision) system to support production, warehouse, and logistics operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory levels, smooth information flow, and proper documentation across departments. This position supports operational efficiency by maintaining data integrity and coordinating closely with internal teams and global stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain master data (e.g. customers, suppliers, items) in the Navision ERP systemPerform daily Navision data entry for production, warehouse, and logistics departmentsManage data related to raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished productsProcess purchase orders (PO) and sales orders (SO) from HQ/clients in NavisionCreate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for productionProcess goods receipt (GR) transactions for incoming materials and finished goodsUpdate and control daily stock inventory levels in NavisionCoordinate with HQ Global Procurement on ordering and delivery of materials and finished goodsCompile and process departmental purchase requests (spare parts, consumables, utilities, services, transport)Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operationsMaintain accurate documentation related to production, inventory, and resource allocationIdentify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy QualificationsTechnical college diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or vocational training are a plus)Required SkillsSolid understanding of production, warehouse, and workflow processesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts is an advantageCommunicative level of English (B1/B2)Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Practical experience with Navision ERP and ClickUp systems Preferred SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze data and support forecasting and inventory optimizationExcellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teamsStrong decision-making and issue-resolution abilities
