ERP Functional Consultant (Shanghai) (Contract)

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on ERP Functional Consultant to join our team and help customers transform their business operations through Oracle enterprise applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, implementation teams, and partners to deliver world-class ERP solutions that drive real business impact.If you have solid experience in ERP implementation, especially across Finance and Procurement modules, and enjoy working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges, this role is for you.What You’ll DoAs a Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role throughout the end-to-end ERP implementation cycle, including:Leading and facilitating workshops to gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements.Designing and mapping client business processes, from “as-is” to optimized “to-be” models aligned with industry best practices.Configuring ERP applications to support Finance and Procurement business needs, adapting for localization and unique client requirements.Preparing functional design documents and collaborating with technical teams on integrations and automations.Supporting user acceptance testing and validating that the delivered solution meets client expectations.Managing risks, issues, and scope to ensure successful and timely delivery.Building strong client relationships and guiding them through business process improvements.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to project knowledge sharing.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, ideally with Oracle Fusion ERP or E-Business Suite (Finance and Procurement modules).Open to candidates with experience in other ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, NetSuite, etc.) who have strong functional knowledge.Solid understanding of financial and procurement processes and how ERP solutions enable them.Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence customers and manage expectations effectively.A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new products and technologies.Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).Why Join UsBe part of a dynamic, customer-focused team delivering impactful ERP transformations.Work across industries and business functions to broaden your experience.Continuous learning opportunities with Oracle certifications and professional growth support.A collaborative culture that values innovation, teamwork, and ownership.
