We are a values-based, purpose-driven company dedicated to crafting the finest award-winning artisanal chocolates from the best Vietnamese ingredients.  About the position The ERP Functional Support Specialist will provide Level-1 support for ERP systems across multiple business functions, ensuring smooth operations and continuity. This role will also contribute to system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user training, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities Provide Level-1 ERP functional support for core modules (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, Production, QC, and Planning). Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Support ERP integration with POS and other business applications. Assist in Master Data management and ensure data accuracy across systems. Coordinate with external vendors for Level-2 support and change requests. Participate in ERP testing, upgrades, and deployment activities. Document processes, create user guides, and deliver training sessions for end-users. Qualifications / Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ERP functional support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or similar systems). Technical skills:   - Strong understanding of ERP workflows across Finance, Sales, and Operations.  - Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and liaise with technical teams. Advantage: - Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) will be considered a strong plus.  - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.  - Strong communication and collaboration skills.  - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.  - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. What we offer Attractive compensation package Opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding company. Enjoy employee discounts on our award-winning chocolates and exclusive products. Work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment where adventure, authenticity, integrity, fun, collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Working time: Monday - FridayWorking location: Green Building, 160 B2 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
