With a history of 75 years of excellence and innovation, the LEMO Group is a global leader in high-performance interconnection solutions.From the depths of the oceans to the far reaches of outer space, from the freezing North Pole to the burning heart of jet engines, from operating theatres to car races, our solutions are a global benchmark for demanding applications and harsh environments.With your 1800 colleagues in Switzerland and around the world, you will help technological leaders to push back the limits of science, medicine, communication, transport and energy.For our HQ based in Ecublens we are currently looking to hire one person for the role of:ERP PROGRAM ManagerMISSION: Drive a coordinated approach to ERP-related business process changes and technical system integration across all related ERP domains to ensure the integrity of the overall design.RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ERP programs across multiple business units.Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines and resource allocations using best practices and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; implement contingency plans as needed.Team Coordination: Direct cross-functional on-site and remote teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and consultants, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through rigorous validation processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams Reporting & Communication: Ensure regular updates to steering committees on program status, milestones, risks, and financials.Change Management: Understand organizational change initiatives to support ERP adoption, ensure change management is being effectively planned and that stakeholder engagement, communication, and all levels of required training is being effectively executed.Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned to future projects.PROFILEMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience related to project /program management of ERP systems implementation and operations, with at least 5 years in ERP implementation or transformation programs in manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders: successful delivery of at least two large, complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations covering Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacture. Strong knowledge of Cloud based ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within budgetExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel etc) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Experience in business process reengineering and digital transformation. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
