Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Respond promptly to inbound leads through various channels, including phone calls,emails, and live chat.Engage with prospects to understand their needs, provide information about our products, and guide them through the sales process.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Understand customer requirements and provide customized software solutions to meet their business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of software solutions.Address client concerns and objections effectively.Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Provide feedback from the field to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in software sales, with a successful trackrecord of meeting and exceeding sales targets.SaaS industry experience is a mustA bachelor degree in accounting or a related field is highly preferred.Analytical thinkers with creativity and decisive decision-making.Efficient time utilization, prioritization, and organizational skills.Proactive individuals with a growth mindset and openness to new ideas.Goal-driven with determination and perseverance.Responsive and customer-focused, understanding and meeting client needs.In-depth understanding of products, industry trends, and market dynamics.Proficient in all aspects of sales, from prospecting to closing deals and building relationships.
