As a corporate citizen working towards creating a better world and a better future, adhering to its mission in the sector and to the requirements of societal priorities, Abdi İbrahim focuses on sustainability in all its business processes.Its vision for 2025 - apart from maintaining its status as a wholly local company - is to become "one of the top 100 pharmaceutical companies in the world.We’re currently looking for a ERP Solutions Specialist (FI-CO).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,Active participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects,Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules,Experience in PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management), CM (Contract Management), and GR (Group Reporting) modules is a strong plus,Excellent command of both written and spoken English,Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,High learning agility and eagerness to develop,Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,Self-motivated and a strong team player.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring efficient support and continuous improvement processes,Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from relevant departments,Customize and enhance SAP FI-CO and related financial modules (PaPM, CM, GR) to meet business needs,Lead and mentor the in-house SAP FI team, providing guidance and knowledge transfer,Manage external consultants and monitor technical project deliverables,Plan and execute testing activities related to system enhancements and new developments,Prepare and maintain documentation for end users, configurations, and software developments,Provide training and ongoing support to key users to ensure effective system adoption.
