ERP Specialist – Manufacturing OperationsLocation: Onsite - Torrance, CA | Employment Type: Full-TimeDrive operational excellence through technology! We’re looking for an ERP Specialist to support and optimize our ERP system, ensuring seamless production, inventory, and supply-chain workflows. This role bridges Operations and IT to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.What You’ll DoConfigure and maintain ERP modules for production, inventory, and procurement.Analyze workflows and implement process improvements.Provide end-user support and deliver training materials.Develop reports and dashboards for KPIs and operational insights.Ensure accurate BOMs, routings, and production data integrity.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in a science-related field.3–5 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment (SAP, AX, Qlik preferred).Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and MRP.Proficiency in ERP configuration, reporting tools (SQL, Power BI), and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Why Join Us?
